I started drawing (realistically) before I was a teenager. My Aunt was an accomplished artist and taught me oil and acrylic medium painting. I could just see it and painted naturally, not knowing or understanding all the principles or dynamics of color. Once I became a teenager I quit until I was in college. When I would go hiking I always took pictures and said to myself that I would paint that scene some day. I’ve done a little bit of painting and felt that I lost my touch, but the art of photography has captured me and I now I am painting again. Learning Pastels and Watercolor.
