This cute sailboat was on the beach at the Longboat anchorage.

Sunrise at the Vinoy Marina
I love the reflections from all the Masts in the water.
Vinoy Marina
I thought the sunrise was a wash until it rose above the clouds, then viola magnificent!
Early Morning
Woke up at 5:30 so I took it as a gift from the Lord, because I have been wanting to start doing more sunrise photos. It wasn’t until I was walking across the park to my car that I turned around and got some amazing shots of the marina with the sunlight streaming through the trees. PTL
Lonely boat
While I may not be able to sail right now, I can still appreciate the little boats like this one. Maybe someday I can get back on the horse.
St. Pete Pier & Bounty
This picture wasn’t taken that long ago, I think I took it in 2004 or 2005, before the Bounty sunk off of Cape Hatteras (obviously). But this is the original replica that was built for the movie, I think it was in the 50’s. Some one correct me. They used to go up to New England in the summer and Florida in the winters. You could actually go out and work the lines. Heave Ho! It was also used in the Sponge Bob Square Pants movie. I remember because I was teaching a class and they made us go around. I did the nostalgic look with layers.
